• Be a graduate student in good standing and have at least  a 3.2 of 4.0 GPA
• Be pursuing a degree program, certification program or job enhancement through graduate classes
• Be disabled as defined by the Americans with Disability Act
• Be willing to serve as a spokesperson for Disability Concerns
• Preference given to students with an undergraduate degree from Illinois State University and/or members of Coalition of Citizens with Disabilities in Illinois

Scholarship will be awarded at Disability Awareness Month Kickoff Celebration on October 9, 2007 at the University Art Galleries.
