Addressing Student Concern

Disability Concerns is committed to a prompt and effective resolution of any grievance. If the student has a concern about his/her services or accommodations, the student should bring them to the attention of his/her Case Coordinator. If the student feels the Case Coordinator has not addressed his/her concerns, the student can contact the Director. If the student believes his/her needs have not been met after meeting with the Director, he/she may contact the Office for Diversity and Affirmative Action at (309) 438-3383 (voice) or (309) 438-2554 (TTY).

Please note: The student has the right at anytime during the process to contact the Office for Diversity and Affirmative Action to file a grievance.
